The buyer has the right to refuse:
commissioned art objects
(excluding art objects done as a request of the buyer) at any time before their purchase, and after the transaction being done - within 14 calendar days.
In case of refusal:
if the client refuses the goods, the online gallery must return to him the amount paid. Return shipping is a cost the client affords.
Purchase returns:
return of goods is possible if the presentation and packaging are preserved.
